Description
The HBD Cube is equipped with 3 Numerical Control axes, 3 vertical and 3 horizontal drilling units, one glue injector, and dowel inserter fed by a hopper system. The interface is a full PC with Windows 10 OS. 1300 mm working field divided into four zones for pendulum processing. The HBD 1300 Cube offers four retractable reference stops for an Open Frame concept. This is a flexible solution for assembly of furniture and cabinets which includes several different features to complete the configuration and offer the highest level of flexibility and efficiency.
Equipped with three axes, three independent horizontal drills, three independent vertical drills, piggyback glue and dowel inserter, and parametric laser.
The OMAL “Sure Shot” Revolver system verifies via fiber optic sensor a dowel is present to prevent miss-feeds and guarantees dowels are inserted every time.
The Open Frame is designed with four retractable reference fences for processing up to an 8’ panel on a 1300 mm bench by referencing the panel twice.
Automatic Start and Automatic Area Selection for user-friendly pendulum processing and fast cycle time plus parametric laser included for part panel width measuring device.
